Project Brief
TIMB (This Is My Brand), a London-based startup, sought to develop a brand identity for their innovative beauty product recommendation app. The app operates through Instagram, capitalising on user recommendations and monetising through affiliate sales. The branding needed to convey themes of diversity, freedom and global unity, reflecting a cosmopolitan ethos while appealing to a diverse user base.
Summary
For TIMB, we crafted a visual identity that embodies the spirit of global inclusivity and the dynamic world of beauty. The logo’s diamond shape, pointing in all four cardinal directions, symbolises global reach and connection, while its colour scheme celebrates diversity without aligning with specific regional identities. This design strategy not only highlights TIMB’s commitment to providing a platform where everyone can explore beauty products freely but also positions the brand as a leader in promoting inclusivity within the digital beauty industry. Our comprehensive branding approach from the mobile app interface to promotional videos ensures a cohesive and engaging user experience that resonates across varied demographics, driving both user engagement and brand loyalty.
