WHAT WE DID:
How can we design a visually striking and functional kiosk for iPlay N Talk in Westfield Stratford that enhances the customer experience and secures a new lease?
QUESTION:
The challenge was to create a compelling 360-degree kiosk design that not only attracts shoppers but also meets the stringent requirements for obtaining a new lease in Westfield Stratford. The kiosk needed to integrate various functional areas, including core product displays, repair zones and a new print station, while maintaining a cohesive and elevated branded aesthetic.
THE CHALLENGE:
We initiated the project with research to understand current trends in phone accessories retail and customer preferences. The concept design focused on creating a visually striking structure that stands out with the use of eye catching materials in the bustling environment of Westfield Stratford. The space planning ensured that the kiosk layout was functional and intuitive, with designated areas for core product displays, repair services and the new print station successfully gaining approval securing the new lease for the tenant.
