WHAT WE DID:
How can we design a beauty kiosk for The Better Brows that stands out in Westfield London and enhances the customer experience with a premium touch?
QUESTION:
The challenge was to design an innovative and upscale beauty kiosk for The Better Brows' 14th location and second within the Westfield Malls. The kiosk needed to reflect the brand's premium positioning and offer an exceptional customer experience while fitting into the vibrant and high-traffic environment of Westfield London.
THE CHALLENGE:
We started with market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify design trends that resonate with luxury beauty consumers. Strategic sessions were conducted to align with The Better Brows’ brand values and objectives for this high-profile location.
Our design concept focused on creating a luxurious, welcoming space that reflects the brand’s premium image. We used high-end materials and finishes, along with bespoke lighting solutions to create an inviting atmosphere. Space planning ensured that the kiosk was both functional and aesthetically pleasing with dedicated areas for various services, comfortable seating and seamless customer flow. Throughout the process, we collaborated closely with The Better Brows team to ensure the brand identity was consistently represented in every design element.
