AYO Water, a new entrant brand from Melbourne, Australia, sought to carve a niche in the competitive bottled water market by emphasising its unique qualities and lifestyle association. Unlike typical premium brands that cater to exclusivity, AYO Water aimed to appeal broadly while maintaining a high-end image.
Summary
AYO Water's branding journey was centred on introducing a vibrant, accessible premium water brand to the Australian market. The name "AYO," inspired by the energetic greeting "Hey Yo!", encapsulates a spirit of invitation and discovery. Our design strategy crafted a minimalistic yet striking visual identity that communicates clarity, honesty and a bold presence, positioning AYO Water not just as a beverage but as an emblem of a stylish, health-conscious lifestyle. This approach has helped AYO Water distinguish itself as a brand for everyone who seeks quality and zest in their daily hydration as they launch.
